Long hours on computers can make your eyes tired, dry, strained, make it difficult to focus and make you prone to headaches. A simple technique called the 20-20-20 rule can be helpful to minimize your symptoms. The 20-20-20 rule is all about giving your eyes a break! When working on a computer or digital device take a break every 20 minutes, by looking 20 feet away for about 20 seconds! All you need to do is to focus across the room and blink forcefully several times. This will remoisten the eyes and reduce end of the day discomfort.
Essilor Eyezen Lenses
Blue light from screens can be fatiguing and somewhat damaging to your eyes
Computer vision glasses with blue light filtering can reduce visual symptoms and make you more efficient and protect your eye health. Eyezen lenses have a blue blocker coating and two optical centers. The optical center is the clearest and easiest portion of a lens through which to focus. So by having a distance optical center at the top of the lens and a near optical center a little below, it makes your near work much more comfortable.

What is Blue light? Blue light has a very short wavelength, and so produces a higher amount of energy. Studies suggest that, over time, exposure to high energy bluelight could cause serious long-term damage to your eyes.
